The expected pay range for this position is $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. The Senior Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of Workday HCM to support HR initiatives and align with organizational objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM, including core HR, talent management, compensation, and benefits administration. The Senior Manager will drive system optimization, enhance HR processes, and ensure Workday capabilities are leveraged to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
