What this role really is: You'll own the entire client sales journey—from the moment a business owner contacts Level through a referral or submits an inquiry through our website until they become a client. This is not an outbound prospecting or lead generation role. Instead, you'll build trust, understand each client's hiring needs, recommend the right solution, and guide them confidently through the sales process.
