🔹 Tech Requirements
Laptop specs:
o Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+ o Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
Headset:
o Wired USB headset with visible microphone (No AirPods or wireless)
Internet:
o Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected via cable) o Wi-Fi and hotspot not accepted
🔹 Schedule & Salary
- Full-time: 5 days/week, 8–9 hrs/day
- Base salary + performance incentives (if applicable)
- Two yearly company events
- 🔹 Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
- Problem solving & documentation
- Follow scripts and internal procedures
- Maintain a calm, quiet work environment
