Internal Sales Representative (INS896)

We're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to drive new business at Hire Overseas , a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR platform placing vetted global talent into U.S. companies. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling through discovery, proposal, and close, and you will be a direct contributor to the revenue that fuels the company's growth.

This is a small business. This is a lean operation. You will build your own pipeline, run your own process, and manage your own systems without a supporting cast. You will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy over how you build pipeline, run your process, and close deals. If you are a self-directed seller who takes full ownership of outcomes, moves fast, and thrives without needing structure handed to them, this role is a strong fit.
