Retail industry Proven track record architecting large-scale, complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules Expertise in core ServiceNow platform components: Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps, etc.
Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, or other key ServiceNow modules. (Candidate should have experience with most of the items listed under this bullet) Experience with integration design patterns and technologies (REST is required) Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security, and data governance.
