We are seeking a ServiceNow Change and Release Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Change and Release Management governance across our enterprise IT platform. In this high-impact, single-handed ownership role, you will lead change evaluation, release schedule coordination, and risk governance within a strictly regulated GxP environment.
The ideal candidate possesses deep ITIL process expertise, direct experience managing compliance-driven change records, and the executive presence to represent platform governance in cross-functional forums.
Key Responsibilities
Single-Handed Platform Ownership: Drive complete end-to-end operational ownership of Change and Release Management processes within ServiceNow—acting as the primary authority rather than a contributor.
