About Us
Full Scale is a fully remote-first company that helps businesses build dedicated teams of skilled software engineers. We make it easier for growing companies to find, onboard, and retain high-performing software talent.
The Role
As the Marketing Lead, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy, product messaging, and brand presence. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, player-coach role—you’ll develop the marketing strategy while actively executing campaigns, creating content, and building the workflows that drive demand for our enterprise SaaS products.
You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, taking ownership of how we communicate our value to enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Execution & Strategy: Act as a player-coach, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline growth for our enterprise SaaS and platform solutions.
Product Marketing & Messaging: Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise audiences. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
Content Generation: Write, produce, and edit high-quality marketing content across the customer journey, including LinkedIn content, thought leadership, blog posts, website copy, email sequences, case studies, ad copy, and webinar scripts.
Design Sensibility: Apply a discerning eye for design across all marketing touchpoints. Ensure that visual assets, presentations, landing pages, and marketing collateral are polished, professional, and aligned with our brand identity.
Customer Persona Development: Conduct deep research to understand enterprise stakeholders, their pain points, buying journeys, and decision-making processes. Develop and refine customer personas to inform messaging and campaign strategy.
Messaging & Content Calendar: Create, manage, and execute a cohesive messaging and content calendar, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across channels week over week.
LinkedIn & Content-Led Demand Generation: Develop and execute content-led demand-generation strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, organic thought leadership, targeted content, and engagement with enterprise audiences.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Own the promotion, registration, and follow-up strategies for webinars and other content-led campaigns, while coordinating targeted outreach across relevant channels.
Demand Generation & Paid Advertising: Build, launch, and optimize demand-generation campaigns, including PPC and paid advertising, to complement organic and content-led initiatives and drive high-quality enterprise leads.
Landing Pages & Conversion: Design, build, test, and refine high-converting landing pages tailored to specific campaigns, applying strong design and conversion principles to optimize the user experience.
Analytics & Reporting: Implement complete analytics and conversion tracking across marketing touchpoints. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content, campaigns, pipeline contribution, and marketing spend.
