Teacher Online Learning Manager - Latin America

• Location: Anywhere in Latin America where Edify has operations
• Start Date: 1st November 2026
• Reports To: VP of Christ-Centered Education, with matrix management to the Regional Vice President of Central American Programs
• Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education and competitive with other non-profits.

Position Summary:

Edify promotes holistic and high-quality Christ-centered education in partnership with low-fee independent Christ-centered schools. The role of the Teacher Online Learning Manager will be initially focused on overseeing the rollout of Edify Academy, supporting the onboarding of teachers and leaders in operational and pilot countries, and leading the development of significant program improvements in the areas of curriculum, assessment, online delivery, in-person mentoring/facilitation, and monitoring and evaluation in the LATAM region. Once Edify Academy is well established within the region, the Teacher Online Learning Manager will also be responsible for supporting other teacher training programs offered by Edify in their region and incorporate lessons from Edify Academy into these other programs. The role of the Teacher Online Learning Manager is a full-time position.
