Role Summary
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support Dwelly 's leadership team and to build the company's EA function from the ground up. This is a senior, career-level hire: someone with 10+ years of experience, ideally forged in a fast-paced startup or in direct support of senior executives, who can run a principal's day-to-day with total reliability while also standing up and leading a team of EAs (a team likely to grow further as Dwelly scales).
