Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of proven success in a senior-level B2B outside sales or business development role, with a documented track record of exceeding quotas.
The "Hunter" Skillset: Expert-level prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building capabilities. You must possess an appetite for uncovering hidden opportunities.
Versatility: Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles while simultaneously closing shorter-cycle SMB deals.
Vertical Familiarity: Deep understanding of, or established networks within, at least three of our target verticals (CPG, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, etc.).
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as required to conduct face-to-face pitches, close deals, and attend industry events within the territory.
