Job Description
Position Summary
Owns go-to-market (GTM) execution and account-based marketing/account-based sales (ABM/ABS) programs for a defined set of target utility accounts; building positioning, messaging, and campaigns for assigned service lines under the strategy set by the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and directly promoting CLEAResult 's solutions and products to those accounts in support of our broader solutions and business development (BD) goals. We're building this program from the ground up, so there's real room to shape how GTM and ABM/ABS work here. There is also a defined backlog of capabilities and solutions already waiting on enablement support, so there is shippable work from week one.
Key Responsibilities
Build positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned service lines.
Design and run ABM/ABS programs for target utility accounts: identify priority accounts jointly with Sales, build account-specific content and campaigns, and track engagement and pipeline impact.
Build sales-enablement materials and training for the sales and programs teams.
Partner with Market Intelligence on competitive landscape data and incorporate their findings into messaging.
Lead thought-leadership programs (webinars, expert video, blogs) tied to target-account priorities.
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on paid digital execution, the Lead Designer on creative needs, and the Content Marketing Manager on written content, to support ABM/ABS campaigns.
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience building positioning and messaging for technical or service-based offerings.
ABM/ABS program experience strongly preferred, including account selection, account-specific campaign build, and engagement tracking.
Experience marketing into long, complex, committee-driven buying cycles.
Experience working account research and intent data into account strategy.
Strong writing ability. This role writes positioning, it does not only brief it.
Comfort working directly with sales-facing stakeholders on account strategy.
Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.
Tools and Systems
Familiarity with Claude or comparable AI tooling for research, drafting, and campaign production.
Process Requirements
Resume.
One writing sample: a positioning document, messaging framework, or sales enablement asset you authored.
An example of one named-account program you ran and what it produced.
