Business Operations Implementation Manager

At Clario , part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, as aBusiness Operations Implementation Manager, you will drive business growth by optimizing solution design, supporting pricing strategy, and enabling scalable operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Product Management, Operations, Science, Contracts, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, lead change management initiatives, and enhance operational readiness. Leveraging a strong understanding of our product portfolio and customer needs, you will help develop optimized solutions, provide strategic insights on commercial opportunities, and support the review of customer agreements and master service agreements. Through your work, you will help strengthen our ability to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate clinical development and improve outcomes for patients worldwide.
