WHO THRIVES HERE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We hire for character and drive, not industry background. Strong fits typically come from:
→ Commission sales — real estate, solar, mortgage, auto, B2B → Military, athletics, coaching, or ministry backgrounds → Corporate professionals who've hit an income ceiling → Teachers, first responders, nurses, and service-oriented professionals → Anyone self-directed, coachable, and genuinely good with people ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
THE HONEST PART
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is a performance-based role. There's no base salary and no guaranteed income — which is precisely what makes the upside real.
Agents who follow the system and work consistently reach the numbers above. Agents who work in bursts don't. We provide the leads, the training, the mentorship, and the technology. The consistency has to come from you.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
APPLY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
No cover letter required. Submit your resume and answer two questions:
What's your income goal for the next 12 months — and what's currently standing between you and that number?
What's something you've been genuinely good at, and what did it take to get there?
Qualified applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a 20-minute conversation.
