About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager with strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in IT and cybersecurity. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a variety of technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support across all active technical projects
Ensure clients receive timely and effective support
Resolve escalated customer issues independently
Organize and manage project components, reporting progress to the Technical Director
Review project proposals and plans to develop clear objectives
Define project responsibilities and assign resources accordingly
Analyse product design and customer requirements to determine specifications and prepare cost estimates
Design and conduct tests to validate product performance
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and resolving issues
Monitor and control project plans, recommending adjustments as needed
Manage project budgets and contractor agreements
Prepare and present project status reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
Ensure timely reporting of project issues to minimize delays
Track and monitor project tasks, negotiating with clients when necessary
Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Support professional services targets and contribute to overall team success
Work closely with the commercial team to facilitate project closure
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
Degree or certification in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Strong initiative, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Customer-focused and action-oriented mindset
Experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master
Technical certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft CCSE, ITIL v3 are advantageous
