Ready for something more than a routine job? We're looking for driven, people-focused individuals who want a career that offers real advancement, flexibility, and impact. In this role, you'll be helping families across North America access valuable supplemental benefits — all through a system built on incoming interest, not cold outreach.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll connect with individuals who have already requested information, book virtual consultations, and guide them through benefit options in a clear, supportive way. Your focus is on building trust and helping people make informed decisions that protect their future.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using basic computer tools for virtual work
• Self-discipline and effective time management

What You'll Get

• Full training provided — no prior experience required
• Clear path for advancement based on performance
• Collaborative, team-first environment with ongoing support
• Weekly compensation with bonus opportunities
• Flexible, full-time remote schedule

If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to take ownership of your career, this is your opportunity to grow into something bigger — while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
