Talent Recruiter - PH

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Recruiter to own our talent acquisition pipeline across a rapidly growing portfolio of roles. You will source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates for digital marketing and operations positions — keeping hiring managers informed and the process moving without them having to chase. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Proactively source and engage candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, talent databases, and professional networks
• Build and maintain active pipelines for current and anticipated roles
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm requirements, scorecards, and timelines
