Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager / Truck Dispatcher who knows how to keep trucks moving, drivers productive, customers informed, and a fleet profitable. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and understands the business behind every dispatch decision.
Our client is a growing, agile, technology-focused transportation company operating more than 100 trucks and 250 trailers across the U.S. We move fast, stay sharp, maintain high standards, and believe work can be both challenging and fun.
Our greatest competitive advantage is our team. How we work together, support one another, and take care of each other is a big part of what makes our client’s company different. Our strength comes from our relationships - with our teammates, drivers, customers, and partners - and from the way we show up for each other every day.
Our values of trust, respect, partnership, ownership, diversity, and safety guide how we operate and how we treat people. We communicate openly, hold ourselves accountable, step in when someone needs help, and celebrate wins together. Individual performance matters, and our greatest success comes from working and winning together as one team.
You'll work alongside an experienced operations team where information is shared, performance is measured, and strong results are recognized. If you are competitive, relationship-driven, commercially minded, and take pride in seeing your trucks and drivers succeed, we'd like to hear from you.
You will manage a group of drivers and trucks while building the relationships necessary to produce consistent results.

How We Measure Success
At Zelh , success starts with relationships. The way we treat our teammates, drivers, customers, and partners matters. We take care of each other, communicate openly, and understand that our strongest results come when we work together.
Our values guide how we operate. We expect our team to demonstrate trust, respect, partnership, ownership, diversity, and safety through their actions and decisions every day. They learn how each driver operates, communicate expectations clearly, solve problems, provide support when it is needed, and build enough trust to have honest and sometimes difficult conversations.
