Customer Engagement & Impact : At the end of the day, all our efforts aim to provide actionable insights with a measurable positive impact on our customer’s business. Solutions Leads partner with Revenue on pitches, trials, & renewals, owning the solution side of each conversation. The Solutions Lead helps connect the dots on how our data can answer new questions for our clients, and by expanding usage across their organizations.
Cross Functional Delivery : Solutions Leads ensure data deliverables are coordinated with internal counterparts across engineering, data, and product. They will act as points of escalation for data questions, working with data counterparts towards resolutions.
