Contract Portfolio: Manage a high-volume, complex book of concurrent rental contracts with staggered milestones and billing schedules.
ERP Administration: Act as the Oracle ERP process owner, configuring and optimizing workflows tailored to the sales team's operations.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison connecting Sales, Accounting, and customer AP teams to reconcile invoices and ensure clean revenue recognition.
Inside Sales Support : Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, draft quotes, and drive the tactical sales cycle.
Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene and build unified reporting across pipeline, ERP, and AR data to establish a single source of truth.
Process Improvement: Identify friction points across the order-to-cash workflow and deploy scalable operational fixes.
Forecasting & Health Tracking: Partner with Finance to project rental revenue, track equipment utilization, and monitor overall contract health.
