About xCures
The best of medicine should belong to everyone. Nobody dreams of becoming good at being a patient. We have people to love, things we want to do, and plans we hope to keep. Illness already asks enough of us.
xCures® exists to give healthcare the capacity to care for everyone. Healthcare has more to give. Too much of its time, money, and talent goes into unnecessary work that keeps people waiting and drives up the cost of care. Freeing those resources can make excellent care possible for far more people.
xCures understands a patient’s history across the places they receive care and keeps that understanding current. It puts trusted information in the hands of the people who need it, when they need it, and uses that knowledge to take on more of the administrative work around care. Every extracted data point traces back to the exact document and page it came from.
Our ambition is to empower doctors to make better decisions, enable researchers to develop better treatments faster, and help healthcare organizations serve more people with fewer errors and lower costs. We work with diagnostic labs, providers, telehealth companies, health systems, payers, and consumer health platforms. We are a fully remote, venture-backed team that holds itself to the same standard as our product: trustworthy, precise, and purposeful.
This Role is Perfect for You If You Love:
Solving impactful problems that make a tangible difference in care delivery and health outcomes
Driving order from ambiguity to enable reliable, high-quality delivery across complex systems
Innovating and scaling processes, tools, and collaboration models for real operational impact
Working alongside top-tier experts in AI, engineering, data science, and healthcare interoperability/operations to triangulate answers to meaningful problems
Designing execution systems that make teams faster and more effective
Transforming ideas into scalable, automated, and aligned ways of working
About the role:
We’re seeking a TPM to own the systems, tools, and processes that power product delivery at xCures. This hybrid role combines product management, technical program facilitation, and product operations to ensure that cross-functional teams can move fast, deliver reliably, and continuously improve. You’ll be the connective tissue between those teams, translating product goals into technical detail, standing up processes that scale, and ensuring high-quality, projectable execution. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable in development working sessions, customer calls, ticketing systems, documentation, and release reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Delivery
Drive cross-functional standups and delivery across implementer (i.e., Engineering, Data Science) teams — managing execution cadences and sprint hygiene
Support product operations and SDLC practices including functional testing, release validation, and documentation generation
Lead “tiger teams” for strategic or emergent initiatives
Maintain crisp, transparent communications and stakeholder alignment, including executive reporting
Product Operations & Enablement
Manage triage of inbound product requests, coordinating prioritization, routing decisions, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders
Build and maintain internal and external technical training, product guides, and support resources
Write, maintain, and supplement user stories, requirements, and tickets, ensuring that the technical detail is sufficient for accurate estimation, smooth implementation, and user acceptance
Partner with customer-facing teams to onboard clients, capture requirements, and synthesize feedback into actionable improvements
Discovery & Insights
Develop and support PRDs, success metrics, and instrumentation to measure adoption and performance of tools and features
Establish and maintain monitoring and feedback loops, including dashboards and telemetry for user experience and system health
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree (technical, healthcare, or data-related field preferred)
3-5+ years in technical product, program, and/or product operations roles in high-growth technology environments
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to delivery
Experience interfacing with both engineering teams and customer-facing roles
Outstanding (internal and external) communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Technical acumen and curiosity (e.g., ability to engage on APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra, AI/ML)
Deep understanding of agile execution and tooling
Comfort defining processes and enforcing quality standards
Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset, balancing immediate and long-term needs
Preferred
Advanced degree in a relevant field
HealthTech and/or AI background
Enterprise SaaS delivery experience
Deeper technical skillset (e.g., scripting, automation, data analysis/visualization, etc.)
Mission alignment
