Performs a wide range of lease management related accounting functions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ASC 842. Completes all aspects of new lease setup, initiates lease payments and provides lease documentation as needed during month-end, budget preparation and external audit. Provides lease guidance to lease contacts to ensure data accuracy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
