Admissions Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support patient enrollment, referral processing, insurance verification, and healthcare record management within a fast-growing virtual care organization. They operate in the telehealth and care management industry and have recently expanded their remote monitoring, chronic care, transitional care, and virtual healthcare services to improve continuity of care and reduce avoidable hospital visits.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive healthcare information in a fast-paced environment. This professional will help ensure that physician referrals, orders, insurance details, and patient records are entered accurately into the electronic medical record system and remain complete, current, and HIPAA compliant.
