Establish clear standards and ensure they are understood and followed throughout the organization.
Build accountability without losing sight of the people behind the numbers.

Ensure customers and partners receive a consistent, knowledgeable, and professional experience.
Use market intelligence and performance data to determine where the company should invest its time and resources.
The Leader We Are Looking For
You are driven by results and comfortable taking ownership of important outcomes. You set ambitious goals, make decisions confidently, and create momentum when an organization needs to move forward.
You also understand that sustainable performance comes from capable people and well-designed systems. You take the time to teach, coach, and provide clarity—not simply issue instructions. You want people to succeed, but you are equally willing to address poor performance and enforce agreed-upon standards.
You value facts, knowledge, and sound reasoning. Before making a major decision, you want to understand how the business works, what the data shows, and what is causing the problem. Once the direction is clear, you act decisively.
You respect structure, defined processes, and consistent standards. At the same time, you can challenge outdated practices and introduce better ways of working when the evidence supports change.
Most importantly, you lead from within the business. You are present, accessible, observant, and willing to work alongside the team to understand what is really happening.
Required Experience
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business operations, or executive management.
Demonstrated success leading and developing multi-person sales teams.
Experience managing dealer, distributor, or channel-based sales organizations.
A proven ability to build systems, processes, and performance-management frameworks that produce measurable results.
Experience managing significant revenue portfolios and delivering sustained business growth.
Strong financial, operational, analytical, and commercial judgment.
Experience leading organizational change and continuous-improvement initiatives.
The confidence to make independent decisions and accept accountability for the outcome.
Preferred Experience
Executive leadership experience in a growing manufacturing, agriculture, industrial, transportation, or equipment-related organization.
Experience with international sales, distribution networks, and channel management.
Experience managing a multi-million-dollar business unit, division, or company.
A track record of helping an organization scale through rapid growth.
Experience developing sales leaders, managers, and future executives.

Increase sales-team effectiveness, consistency, and ownership.
Improve communication and execution across departments.
Develop stronger leaders and greater organizational depth.
