What You’ll Be Doing– Act as a true partner to the AE by helping move deals through the sales cycle — confirm meetings, follow up on action items, and provide added context to make every handoff smoother and every touchpoint more personal.
– Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after the Account Executive runs a demo — check in with prospects, answer questions, and keep the momentum going.
– Rebook missed demos by reaching out to prospects who didn’t show and getting them back on the calendar.
– Follow up with inbound leads who’ve shown interest through our website or marketing campaigns. Your job is to turn that interest into real conversations.
– Reconnect with old leads from the CRM and spark new conversations with prospects who showed interest in the past.
– Work closely with our sales team to make sure every qualified lead gets handed off smoothly.
– Keep our CRM organized and up to date. Every call, email, and note helps the team stay on top of the pipeline.
What Makes This Role Different?– This isn’t just another sales support role — it’s a launchpad. You’ll be working side by side with Account Executives, learning the ins and outs of deal-making and setting yourself up to become an AE.
– You’ll be challenged daily. From persuasive follow-ups to handling objections, you’ll build real sales skills — not just go through the motions.
– You’ll grow fast. We move quickly, and we reward initiative. If you’re hungry, coachable, and consistent, you’ll get more responsibility and visibility in the sales org.
– You’ll learn from the best. You’ll be exposed to proven frameworks, seasoned sales leaders, and high-volume reps — all while sharpening your instincts in real conversations.
– We expect high standards. If you’re just looking for a checklist job, this isn’t it. But if you want to make an impact, close the gap between you and an AE role, and actually level up — we’ve got the runway.
