This is a hands-on producer role for someone who wants the autonomy to build their own market while leveraging Wilson's existing client relationships, infrastructure and broader delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do

Build and own a Toronto/GTA market strategy, proactively developing new clients and generating permanent job orders through outbound business development, networking, referrals, market intelligence and candidate-led business development.

Win new client relationships, lead intake conversations and grow existing accounts by identifying additional hiring managers and permanent hiring needs.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, including market mapping, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, offer negotiation and placement.
