Remote (Global) | Full-Time Permanent | Machine Learning, Data Annotation & AI Workforce Operations
Every breakthrough AI model depends on people: the annotators, linguists, and domain experts who shape the data behind it. Someone has to find those people, at scale, across continents, without compromising on quality.
That someone could be you. Our client is looking for a talent leader to design the global hiring engine behind some of the most demanding AI data programs in the world. This isn't about filling seats. It's about building the workforce infrastructure that AI innovation runs on.
Why This Opportunity Matters
AI companies move fast, and their data needs move faster. One week a program needs multilingual LLM evaluators. The next week it needs LiDAR specialists, medical experts, or mathematicians, sometimes hundreds of them, ready to deliver at strict quality standards.
This role exists to make that possible. As Global Recruitment Lead, you'll own the system that turns client demand into a qualified, certified, ready-to-work talent pool across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
Your work feeds straight into delivery. When pipelines are healthy, programs launch on time, clients scale with confidence, and the business grows. This is a strategic leadership role, not a traditional HR position, and your impact will be visible from day one.
About Our Client
Our client combines human expertise with machine efficiency to deliver high-quality annotated data at scale. They help AI companies get faster, scalable results without sacrificing precision.
Their customers range from ambitious startups and academic institutions to Fortune 500 companies, in industries such as autonomous driving, retail, security, geospatial, and emerging LLM applications. They serve clients on every continent.
Even with that growth, they've held on to what sets them apart: transparency, fair pricing, personalized service, and a real commitment to exceptional results. The culture values innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and it gives people room to grow.
What You'll Own
The global hiring strategy. You'll design and run the talent approach for annotation, multilingual projects, LLM evaluation, LiDAR and Physical AI expertise, and specialized domains such as Legal, Medical, Maths, and Science.
Pipelines in five regions. You'll build and manage recruitment engines that deliver reliably across the US, Europe, LATAM, MENA, and APAC.
A flexible workforce ecosystem. You'll set up and scale vendor, freelancer, and distributed talent networks that can flex with changing project needs.
Speed without compromise. You'll lead high-volume, fast-turnaround hiring while holding the line on strict quality benchmarks.
How talent gets measured. You'll design structured screening frameworks, certification processes, and benchmarking systems that define what "qualified" means.
Capacity planning. You'll work with delivery and operations leaders to forecast workforce needs so talent is ready before demand arrives.
A smarter recruitment machine. You'll improve processes, automation tools, and ATS systems to make hiring faster and more efficient.
The numbers that matter. You'll track and report time-to-fill, time-to-certify, bench readiness, and pipeline health, and use that data to drive decisions.
Compliance across borders. You'll make sure distributed hiring meets contractual, regional, and data security requirements.
Ongoing improvement. You'll keep refining sourcing strategies to widen global talent coverage and scalability.
Requirements
You'll thrive in this role if you've already scaled distributed teams of 50 to 500+ people across international programs, and you know what it takes to do it again, only faster.
You'll do especially well if you bring 5 to 10 years of global talent acquisition experience, ideally in AI/ML, data services, SaaS, BPO, or tech-enabled platforms. You understand multilingual and contractor-based workforce models from the inside, not just in theory.
If you've hired for AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, CV/LiDAR, or domain-expert roles, you'll feel at home right away. Experience with global freelance marketplaces and distributed expert networks is a strong bonus.
You think in data. You build dashboards, read the signals, and adjust strategy based on evidence. You communicate clearly and manage stakeholders with confidence, whether that means pushing back on unrealistic timelines or getting operations, delivery, and vendors on the same page.
Most of all, you own outcomes. Fast-paced, high-growth environments energize you, and accountability feels like freedom, not pressure.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field rounds out the profile.
Benefits
A foundational role. You won't be inheriting someone else's playbook. You'll build the international workforce engine from the ground up and put your mark on it.
Global reach. Your work will power AI programs that affect industries on every continent.
Visible strategic impact. In a high-growth setting, your results don't get lost. They show up in delivery, client success, and business growth.
A clear path forward. There's real room to grow into senior leadership roles as the organization scales.
Rewards tied to results. You'll get a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives linked to hiring success. Compensation is negotiable and benchmarked to your regional market, so pay stays fair and competitive.
Continued learning. Professional development support and learning opportunities are part of the package.
Flexibility that works. The role is fully remote, with working hours that combine your regional time zone with overlapping hours for global collaboration.
