Director of Fleet Electrification & Delivery, APAC

Our client is a global leader in fleet management technology and services, helping organizations plan, transition, operate, and optimize zero-emission vehicle fleets. Founded in Australia in 2016, our client supports more than 200 fleets across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, serving transit agencies, government organizations, utilities, logistics providers, and other operators of complex, mission-critical fleets.

Our client’s integrated portfolio combines advanced software, technical advisory services, and ongoing EV Managed Services (EVMS) to support customers throughout the fleet electrification transition. Their technology solutions, including their Asset, their Plan, and their Manage, leverage advanced modeling, digital twin technology, artificial intelligence, and real-time operational data to help customers make informed investment decisions, plan fleet and charging infrastructure deployments, manage energy and charging operations, and improve fleet reliability and performance.

The Global Advisory and EVMS teams complement the technology platforms by providing specialized expertise in fleet electrification strategy, infrastructure planning, implementation support, operational performance assessments, proactive asset monitoring, energy optimization, and continuous improvement. By combining technology with expert-led services, our client helps customers translate complex operational data into actionable insights, reduce costs and risk, maximize asset utilization, and optimize reliable fleet operations.

The Director of EVMS Delivery, APAC, is responsible for the successful delivery and growth of our client's EV Managed Services business across the region. The role combines the structured problem-solving and customer leadership of an experienced consultant with the commercial and technical fluency of a solutions engineer. It owns regional delivery quality, customer outcomes, team performance, and the continued development of an EVMS offering that complements our client's existing advisory and consulting services.

Working closely with the Global Head of EVMS across APAC Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, this role translates complex customer needs into practical managed-service solutions. It leads discovery, solution shaping, scope definition, implementation planning, and executive communication, ensuring that commitments are commercially sound, technically credible, and deliverable in real fleet environments.

The role provides direct leadership and oversight of the APAC EVMS delivery team, establishing clear governance, delivery methods, service rhythms, resource plans, and performance expectations. It reports directly to the Global Head of EVMS but collaborates with colleagues in other regions and contributes APAC insight to company-wide practices.

Success in this role will strengthen customer trust, improve service performance and delivery predictability, build a high-performing regional team, and support sustainable revenue growth by making our client the partner customers rely on to turn fleet electrification strategy into dependable operational outcomes.
