JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and develop the company’s overall project management function. This position will provide leadership, integration, and oversight of project management processes and practices to improve the consistency, efficiency, quality, and successful delivery of Velocity’s projects and strategic initiatives. The Director of PMO will establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, governance practices, and success measures across the organization. This individual will develop the PMO as a Center of Excellence , supporting the growth of project management professionals while promoting industry best practices, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous improvement.
