Are you excited about building solutions that expand fleet payments beyond fuel and simplify expense management? We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Manager of Software Engineering to lead the WEX Beyond Fuel and Expense Management initiative within WEX Mobility Engineering. In this role, you will lead engineering teams across the United States and India to design, build, and scale payment and expense management capabilities. You will partner with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to define the technical strategy and deliver solutions that help fleet managers and operators manage business expenses, configure spend controls, and gain visibility into spending across fuel and non-fuel purchases. You will drive the adoption of AI throughout the software development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
