WEX is looking for an experienced HR Workday Ops Analyst with expertise in optimizing and maintaining the Workday system within the organization.
In this role, you will act as the functional and technical authority bridging HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Enterprise Technology . You will design, build, test, and deploy scalable Workday configurations to optimize Core HCM business processes.
You will also play a critical part in identifying opportunities to integrate and adopt AI features within Workday to drive process efficiency and automation across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Business Process & Functional Configuration: Configure, optimize, and maintain Workday HCM core modules including Business Processes optimization, condition rules, validation rules, and custom notifications.
