Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the configuration and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation).
Participating in project workshops to gather and document client requirements.
Supporting the development of functional specifications and system design documents.
Conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identifying and resolving configuration issues under guidance from senior consultants.
