What You'll Be Doing

• Lead tax strategy sessions and advisory engagements
• Guide clients through real estate and advanced tax planning
• Analyze STR strategy, REPS, cost seg, and investment structures
• Stress-test strategies and deliver real-world tax outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex decisions
• Support tax season prep alongside the RETS Pod team
• Help shape processes within a growing specialized practice

Qualifications

• CPA or EA (required)
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong client-facing + advisory experience
• Deep understanding of real estate / advanced tax strategies
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear client guidance
• Comfortable leading difficult, high-stakes financial conversations
