In this executive role, you will serve as the primary commercial driver of VT Markets ' global traffic supply chain—forging strategic partnerships with growth media networks, non-standard traffic sources, and agency partners. You will work closely with the Global Marketing COE, as well as internal Engineering and Data teams, to safeguard margin integrity, combat fraudulent traffic, and scale compliant, high-performance user acquisition pipelines. Responsibilities
Global Supply Chain & Commercial Admission
Spearhead end-to-end commercial negotiations with global growth media networks, non-standard traffic networks, and core agency partners.
Own and enforce platform admission protocols to protect margin and interest across all traffic supply relationships.
Independently identify, develop, and onboard non-standard supply pipelines—including independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks.
Financial Audit & Traffic Integrity
Design and maintain a healthy, resilient traffic supply chain mechanism that upholds VT Markets ' commercial standards.
Take full ownership of commercial reconciliations—including traffic mitigation, clawback execution, and recovery processes against fraudulent or non-compliant traffic sources.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to audit raw vendor data logs and enforce data-driven accountability across supply partners.
Risk Control & Compliance Frameworks
Draft and implement large-scale user acquisition SLA risk-control frameworks, covering anti-hijacking protocols, click-injection filters, and strict clawback trigger thresholds.
Apply an adversarial negotiation mindset to proactively identify and close legal or contractual vulnerabilities with external partners.
Stay current on digital advertising fraud topologies and proactively evolve internal safeguards against emerging threats.
Requirements
What Success Looks Like
You have established a transparent, resilient global traffic supply chain with documented partner admission protocols—resulting in measurable reductions in fraudulent traffic and improved margin protection across all key supply relationships.
Your risk-control frameworks and SLA structures are consistently applied and credited with recovering significant value through successful clawback and reconciliation processes, demonstrating commercial discipline and legal acuity.
You are recognized by both internal stakeholders and external partners as a trusted authority in non-standard traffic development, having independently opened new supply pipelines that deliver compliant, scalable user acquisition for VT Markets .
What Makes You a Great Fit

In-depth knowledge of the global long-tail traffic ecosystem; direct, established networks with independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks.
Proven ability to draft and enforce large-scale SLA risk-control frameworks including anti-hijacking, click-injection filters, and clawback trigger thresholds.
Highly analytical with the ability to collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to audit raw vendor data logs.

Strong understanding of digital advertising fraud topologies with a proactive, solutions-driven approach to risk mitigation.
