About Vorro
Vorro (vorro.net) is a profitable, multi-million dollar ARR healthcare data integration company with high customer retention, acquired by Basis Vectors Capital in 2021. Its platform connects clinical systems and automates data workflows for provider and payer organizations. Under BVC, Vorro is being repositioned from a commodity iPaaS tool into an AI-native Healthcare Data OS — adding AI reporting, visualization, and workflow-automation modules on top of its integration core.
The opportunity We're looking to hire a founder-level Chief AI Technology Officer for Vorro . Prior entrepreneurial or founding team experience building and shipping enterprise AI projects is a must; healthcare data/integration domain experience is a strong plus. This is a hands-on technology role, not an oversight seat — you'll be building alongside your team. It comes with sizeable equity, with upside aligned to the company's growth. This role is based in India.
