Our Team:
Cimpress is creating a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. We will partner with companies that have strong customer relationships with end-customers who need mass-customized print products. In its initial stage, Cimpress Open will pursue opportunities with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms. This approach will evolve and expand over time as we establish a presence in these new segments.
As our first dedicated Strategic Partnerships Manager for our white-label partnership business, you will build the commercial foundation of this exciting growth area.
Reporting to the Director of Channel Development, you will identify, develop and close strategic enterprise partnerships across North America and Europe. Working closely with Product, Partner Integration, Operations, Pricing and Leadership, you'll help shape not only our customer portfolio but also how we scale our partnership business in the years ahead.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, navigating complex enterprise sales, and creating long-term strategic partnerships in a fast-growing business.
What You Will Do:
Build our white-label partnership pipeline by identifying, engaging and developing strategic enterprise partners across North America and Europe.
Own complex enterprise sales cycles, working with senior commercial, product and technical stakeholders to develop long-term partnership opportunities.
Develop compelling partnership solutions by understanding customer needs and translating them into commercially, technically and operationally viable business cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partner Integration, Operations, Pricing and Leadership to design scalable partnership solutions and remove barriers throughout the sales process.
Lead commercial negotiations, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership opportunities forward.
Help build our partnership business, contributing to our sales methodology, target account strategy, commercial processes and go-to-market approach as we scale.
Represent Cimpress Open externally, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the partnership journey.
Your Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Solution Sales or a comparable commercial role.
A proven track record of winning complex B2B partnerships involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
Experience working with technology-enabled solutions such as APIs, SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing or other operationally complex businesses.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop business cases that balance customer value with commercial viability.
Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers while building trusted relationships across commercial, technical and operational teams.
Nice to Have:
An entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy creating opportunities, solving problems and building new ways of working.
Experience in print-on-demand, mass customization or the print industry is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills are a must. Additional European languages, particularly German or French, are a plus.
