Who We Are
Viaggio was born out of a desire to help small to medium sized accounting and bookkeeping firms make exceptional hires. The pandemic was a tipping point for adopting remote work in a new, more intentional way, and we found ourselves pivoting towards a new approach to hiring. An employee’s desire to have a greater work/life balance is at the core of what we do. We care immensely about where work meets life, and only work with remote firms who do so as well. Nothing brings us more joy than finding great humans, who are also exceptionally talented.
We’re not recruiters. And we don’t headhunt. From a pool of hundreds of applicants generated by the firms we serve, we ask, we probe, we test and assess; and we get to know the human behind each resume as we narrow down to final selections. Viaggio does everything in its power to connect next-level accountants and bookkeepers to companies embracing a next generation.
Viaggio is growing, and we're looking for a people-loving accountant with a passion for human connection, technology, and vision, who is excited to share our values and expertise.
