About The Role:
As VendueTech scales, we need someone to help our COO and Head of Ops keep the company running at full capacity across teams, processes, and people, making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we grow.
You'll work directly with our COO and Head of Ops, becoming the operational backbone that supports team leads, cross-functional projects, and the people processes that keep a fast-growing, fully remote team aligned. This isn't a narrow admin role as you'll own pieces of how the company actually runs.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, take pride in operational precision, and want your work to have a direct impact on company outcomes, this role is for you.
