Full-Time | USA Hours We are hiring a proactive, highly organised Logistics and Admin Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate orders and deliveries, support company systems, and solve problems independently.
Candidates must be available to work a full 8-hour shift , either:
8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing multiple responsibilities without constant supervision.
