We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market activities across our aviation software portfolio in the EMEA region.
You will own how technically complex products are positioned, differentiated, and sold into a specialist buyer landscape including airlines, airports, MROs and CAMOs. Partner with Product and Sales teams to align feedback, market trends, and product roadmap.
Run structured competitive and market analysis and turn it into positioning and enablement decisions.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align campaigns with product objectives.
Support the commercial narrative behind webinars, case studies, and product content (Growth Marketing owns execution and demand generation).
Measure launch success through adoption, leads, and market feedback.

5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or sales enablement.
Demonstrable track record marketing technically complex or specialist software to expert buyers.
Strong understanding of go-to-market planning and sales enablement.

Comfort operating in a domain with technical depth and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; regulated-industry, engineering, or infrastructure software backgrounds are strongly preferred.
