The Operations Coordinator is a subject matterexpert and role model for all divisions of the Coding Department (IP/OP/ChargePosting/Edits) and coordinates a team effort to compile and maintain data forvarious functional areas within the Coding Department.This position monitors all divisionstatistics and evaluation measures, maintains the department’s dashboard, andassists in ensuring competencies and compliance requirements are met for allState and Federal standards.This position is accountable for working witheach coding division to identify areas of opportunity for efficiencies throughimproved workflows.
