Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for user story management (Not Technical Handson as in for Dev).
Fair understanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience/Knowledge with Azure Integration Services, APIs, event-driven architecture.
Excellent skills in writing complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Experience/Knowledge with API-based integrations, middleware, and data mapping is Preferred Knowledge of Data models, workflow automation, and system governance. Preferred Exposure to Sales, service, or marketing domains and business processes .
