Activity & Performance KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed activity standards (e.g., 60+ outbound calls/day OR 2+ qualified discovery calls/day).
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery meetings to identify client operational pain points and present customized BPO, staffing, or virtual assistance solutions.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity, track outreach activities, and manage accurate revenue forecasts.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with Recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless candidate placement and client satisfaction.
Highly coachable, accountable, and results-driven.
Experience in BPO, staffing, or virtual assistant industry (preferred).
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
