Support product controls involving KYC, account restrictions, player risk segmentation, self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, Responsible Gaming, payment/transaction monitoring, and audit trails.
Ensure critical controls and workflows are configurable, monitorable, traceable, and auditable.
Support impact assessment and product remediation in response to regulatory changes, audit findings, data-quality incidents, or significant risk events.
Core Platform & Cross-functional Delivery
Support or own platform capabilities involving accounts and identity, wallets, payments, gaming/content integrations, customer service, and operational back-office systems.
Lead Product Managers, Product Operations, or cross-functional project teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Manage complex cross-system dependencies and drive end-to-end product delivery.
Clearly communicate product strategy, data insights, progress, dependencies, and risks to management.
Job Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience within Internet, Platform, Transaction, Data Product, iGaming, or other regulated environments.
At least 2 years of experience owning a complex product domain, core platform, or product team.
Hands-on experience building CRM / Player Lifecycle / Marketing Automation products.
Hands-on experience with BI / Data Products, metrics, data models, dashboards, or Data Governance.
