Scale Career Coaching for the Next Generation
Are you a coach who wants to shape both careers and the future of our industry?
At Bloom , we're revolutionising career coaching by making it accessible at scale. We combine the depth of coaching with the practical impact of mentoring — all delivered through cutting-edge technology. We're looking for entrepreneurial coaches who are excited to build the future of coaching alongside us.
What Makes This Role Different
This isn't traditional 1:1 coaching. You'll be pioneering a model that blends reflective coaching with practical mentoring — delivered through technology that makes coaching seamless and scalable.
You'll work with ambitious professionals at every career stage in focused 30-minute sessions that create real momentum. Our platform handles the logistics so you can focus on transforming careers.
You're joining a startup journey. That means rapid iteration, evolving processes, and the genuine opportunity to help build something groundbreaking. If you thrive on variety and innovation, this will energise you. If you prefer established systems and predictable routines, this won't be the right fit.
This is for you if…
Business-Minded Coach: You have strong coaching credentials plus real leadership experience. You've walked the path and understand workplace challenges from the inside.
Flexible Coaching Style: We blend reflective coaching with practical guidance, rather than using purely non-directive coaching approaches. You'll need to be comfortable offering frameworks, resources, and direct insights when clients need them — not just powerful questions.
Tech-Enabled: Everything happens through our platform. You'll need genuine comfort with digital tools and curiosity about how technology enhances coaching outcomes.
Startup Mindset: We're building something new, which means some ambiguity and frequent changes. We're looking for people who find that exciting rather than frustrating.
Impact-Focused Partner: You measure success by client outcomes and want your coaching to create visible, measurable change.
