Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with department leaders and frontline employees.
High ownership, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward execution.
Preferred, But Not Required
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or operationally intensive service businesses.
Background in management consulting, high-growth startups, or business transformation.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude Code, or similar tools.
Experience building lightweight internal tools or implementing workflow automation.

Redesign appointment scheduling workflows to improve member engagement and visit completion rates.
Improve call center productivity through AI-assisted workflows and automation.
Analyze provider utilization and build processes that increase completed visits per clinician.
Automate manual reporting, reconciliation, or administrative processes.
Build operational dashboards that surface bottlenecks and help managers make faster decisions.
Streamline customer onboarding, internal handoffs, and cross-departmental workflows.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will have developed a strong understanding of several core business functions, identified and prioritized a pipeline of high-impact improvement opportunities, independently implemented measurable process improvements, collaborated with technical teams on at least one meaningful AI-enabled or automated workflow, and established clear metrics showing improvements in efficiency, accuracy, speed, or cost.
Success is measured by real-world business impact — not the number of analyses, presentations, or recommendations produced.
