Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – Digital Signage & IPTV

Uniguest is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with end clients, resellers, sales, design, and technical teams to understand business and technical requirements and configure Uniguest platforms to meet each customer’s needs.

You will help conceptualize, design, and present technical solutions, translating customer requirements into solutions that demonstrate the future vision of strategic projects. This includes supporting product demonstrations and evaluations, developing initial solution models and UX/UI concepts, and helping customers understand how Uniguest technology will integrate within their environment.

In this remote position, you will collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, sales teams, and channel partners throughout the pre-sales process. The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and develop and document solution architecture , including deployment requirements, networking considerations, APIs, interfaces, integrations, and connections to other platforms and applications.
