Associate Consultant - Baines Simmons

Purpose of the Role

The Associate Consultant is engaged on a contract basis to deliver defined consulting and/or training services to clients. The role exists to provide flexible, high-quality capability to support client engagements, contributing to the delivery of outcomes aligned to project objectives while operating independently as a supplier.

This role is outcome-focused, with responsibility for delivering agreed services, outputs, or work packages rather than fulfilling an internal position within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consulting and/or training services in line with agreed Statements of Work Analyse client requirements and contribute to problem definition and solution development Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g. reports, presentations, training materials) Facilitate workshops, or training sessions where required Manage own workload to ensure timely and quality delivery of outputs Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings Identify risks, issues, or opportunities and proactively communicate them
