Dutch/Flemish speaking Outbound Client Advisor - Remote from Bulgaria

As an Outbound Customer Advisor you work for the largest sustainable energy company in Europe. Your job is to provide people with the service they deserve.

Responsibilities :

You will call people call that showed interest in the service as well as other cold leads and explain the benefits of becoming a customer and how they can conclude a contract.

You support them by answering their questions and making the best proposal with your commercial thinking.

You provide new customers with good advice and inform them about the products, services and benefits.
