This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while adhering to IST timings. The role is contract-based for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps) modules.
Customizations and Enhancements: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
Best Practices: Implement best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow development and security operations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps) modules.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps processes and best practices.
