Feasibility Manager (Malaysia)

JOB OVERVIEW Reporting to the Director of Development, the Feasibility Manager will be part of the investment and development team to support the company’s strategic growth by supporting the business development efforts. The candidate will be exposed to business development activities and get to work on deals from the origination stage to contract conclusion. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct feasibility studies for potential hotel management deals, partake in work relating to bidding or tendering process, including market research and underwriting of each potential project including critical market and competitive data, tracking and establishing pickup trends, occupancy history, and provide recommendations to management
